MARK FRASER

Mark Fraser is the head designer and visionary and the guiding force of our design team at Fraser Homes Inc. Mark’s client focused approach to design and business ensures that each project reflects the unique taste and style of the client while offering bold and trend setting options that push them to think outside the box.

As Mark loves to say there are 2 kinds of designs, the ones that follow trends and ones that set them.

With 10 years of experience Mark will lead you through your design with state of the art computer drafting and rendering programs allowing you to see the space before it’s built.

As a strong proponent of green and sustainable living options, Mark adds his unique perspective and outlook to each and every project he undertakes. Expanding the horizon of what’s probable, Mark continues to expose clients to ecofriendly design options. He is on a mission to see Fraser Homes become a strong player in the sustainable design market within Ontario.

Fraser Homes has developed a reputation for excellence, dynamic customer service and exceptional signature design motifs, due in part to the leadership and innovation of Mark Fraser.

Rod Fraser, the Executive Project Director at Fraser Homes, manages all aspects of the project development. His job is to ensure that all the cogs of the operation move cohesively. From project commencement to completion, Rod Fraser will guide your home renovation through every stage of development.
Rod is a graduate of Ryerson University where he holds a degree in Business Administration. Pursuant to his dreams, Rod chose to add carpentry to his repertoire, followed by a designation as a Certified Associate of Project Management. Fraser Homes became a natural next step progression in his professional career. With the inception of Fraser Homes, Rod has added entrepreneur and business owner to his portfolio. Rod Fraser became a successful entrepreneur over ten years ago and the business continues to grow and expand in depth and scope.
Fraser Homes is a company that stands behind quality and customer service. With this belief in mind, all design/build projects must meet a high standard of accountability. Fraser Homes has developed innovative and state of the art tools to ensure customer satisfaction. Rod Fraser, the Executive Project Director at Fraser Homes, manages all aspects of the project development. His job is to ensure that all the cogs of the operation move cohesively. MONIKA POELL

Office Manager

Monika’s educational background in Interior Decorating lends itself beautifully to the Fraser Homes Team. Coming from a strong family of designers/builders and architects, Monika has become familiar with all aspects of design build/process from an early age.

Her extensive experience in both head office and event management is what makes her such an integral part of the Fraser Homes experience. Monika is administrative design assistant to the architectural and design department as well as the product selection and project management department. Her expertise in both components of the business allow her to effectively handle all aspects of customer service while paying specific attention to design elements.

Her warm and friendly demeanor paired with her thorough and concise approach to office administration mean that the details of your home renovation will be handled with precision and care.
